RBW Consulting is a mid-sized, growing consultancy specialising in the recruitment of professionals into the Pharmaceutical sector across Europe. We focus on four core areas in which our expertise is strongest.
 
We call ourselves specialists for three very clear reasons:

1. Each consultant deals with only one of our specific disciplines. Every project they take on falls within that particular area meaning they maintain the best, most current knowledge of developments and candidates in that field. You can always be assured that the consultant dealing with your work knows that area inside and out.
2. Each consultant is further focused by geographical area: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of one set of professionals in one country (e.g. Clinical Project Managers in Switzerland) gives us the best chance of finding the right person for a given position quickly and efficiently without sending unnecessarily large amounts of “not quite right” CVs, or those from too far afield.
3. We hold to these principles. We have turned away work if we do not feel we have the knowledge in that area to guarantee the quality of service our clients expect. Our reputation and the confidence our clients have in us is essential to our growth and success.

 
As we are so tightly focused according to discipline and region, our expertise can be applied to either Permanent or Contract/Interim recruitment. We have an active network of consultants available to undertake short-term interim work or extended contract placements at all levels of seniority. We work flexibly, taking as much of the administrative workload as you would like and we are proud of our reputation amongst professional contractors.
