Harvey Walsh directors Julia Wilkins and Sue Beecroft will form a new executive board alongside OPEN Health’s Cory Inglis, David Rowley and Roger Selman.

Cheshire based Harvey Walsh was founded in 2002 and now works with over 30 pharma companies and NHS organisations comprising: Lilly, Sanofi, Daiichi Sankyo, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, Salford PCT, Bury PCT and Portsmouth PCT.

Harvey Walsh has won numerous accolades over the years including best small consultancy, and has been highlighted as an example of best practice by the Audit Commission for their NHS contracts management tool.

OPEN Health, launched in January 2011, has grown over the past 18 months, both through organic growth, and through the acquisitions of advertisers Lane Earl Cox, public relations firm Reynolds MacKenzie, and Succinct Communications.

Together Harvey Walsh and OPEN Health will provide clients with a range of consulting skills spanning from real world evidence analytics, market access, medical communications, brand communications, public relations and market research.

Julia Wilkins and Sue Beecroft said: “Harvey Walsh has grown rapidly over the last 10 years to become market leaders in the provision of healthcare intelligence consultancy and implementation solutions to both the pharmaceutical industry and NHS.

“By joining forces with OPEN Health we are in the best possible position to meet the needs of a rapidly changing healthcare environment; working together we can provide all the tools necessary to deliver real value for all.”

David Rowley, chief executive of OPEN Health, said: “We believe in investing in smart people operating in growth sectors.

“Through our involvement with Harvey Walsh we believe that we have significantly strengthened our services to current and future clients.”
