Pharmafocus expands into Europe

The September issue of Pharmafocus marks a new stage in the publication’s development with an expanded monthly circulation that takes in a European-wide readership.

This makes Pharmafocus the only pharmaceutical industry publication of its kind to be published every month across Europe.

Editor Andrew McConaghie said the circulation expansion reflected the growing importance of regional and global decision-making in the pharma industry.

“More than ever, no market exists in isolation. Events in New York, London, Basel, Beijing and Bangalore are all inter-related, and Pharmafocus aims to help you keep abreast of developments across the industry,” he added.

As part of the changes the quarterly publication Pharmafocus Europe will be merged into the monthly Pharmafocus, to provide an unbeatable monthly overview of pharma and healthcare news in the UK, Europe and beyond.

The new pan-European circulation comes just ahead of the launch of a new version of the InPharm.com website, which will bring together Pharmafocus, the Pharmafile directory and InPharm Jobs, along with a host of enhanced features.
