Our analytical team performs more than 14 million tests each year spanning all medical disciplines, including pathology, microbiology, flow cytometry and specialised biomarkers.
Full global capabilities are available, with wholly owned laboratories in the US and UK, and an ACM clinical trial management team in India. We support operations in more than 60 countries around the globe including Central and South America, Canada, Europe, Australia, India and China – with all tests conducted and managed from a central location with seamless data management providing a single database.

The laboratory facilities of the ACM Global Central Lab locations are extensively equipped with state of the art technology to ensure that we deliver precise, accurate data in a time efficient manner. The laboratories are under the Medical Directorship of Dr. John D’Souza, MD, FCAP, who has over
35 years of experience focused on Laboratory Science. Project Management
Our Project Management team brings unrivalled depth and breadth of experience and expertise to the process. Our approach to dedicated Sponsor teams allows our project managers to become well versed in our client’s needs and processes. A dedicated project manager takes full ownership of all aspects of the study, from initial discussions of sponsor requirements, through to database lock, and will act as your central point of contact on the assigned as well as future studies.
Real-time access to test data
ACM LabStar is our proprietary tool that captures all clinical trial testing data in a single location for easy access and comprehensive reporting. This automated system is designed specifically for clinical trial management and offers rapid and secure access to real-time test data, locally and globally. Customers can print or view laboratory test results by site, date, time, patient identification and/ or test – on demand. Information can be accessed on participating investigators; types of data needed and test request forms that accompany a sample. LabStar’s inbox feature conveniently displays new or updated lab reports for individual subjects, which is useful to closely monitor real-time results. Furthermore, the robust ad-hoc reporting enables you to analyse data by any result, demographic or therapeutic detail.
